Toison D'or round soft pastels represent a traditional product from Koh-I-Noor Hardtmuth. Made from pure micro-pulverized natural substances on a base of calcium carbonate (either calcite mineral or chalk), combined with other additives and binding agents, in which colour pigments are carefully mixed. Each pigment is carefully selected with high quality and light permanency, and a dosed concentration. This ensures durability of your finished artwork.
These pastels provide a silky stroke on paper (and other surfaces). The round bodied shape of the pastels allows the artist to distribute colour consistently and evenly.
